Stonecliff Homes builds in Franklin, Pickaway,
Madison, Union, Delaware, Licking Fairfield and Knox Counties. We will build
on acreage in the country with well and septic or in a subdivision with water
and sewer taps.

Because each homesite is unique, Stonecliff Homes
will manage all of your site improvements, i.e. well, septic, driveway, sidewalks
etc. at cost to you. We don't charge a mark-up or management fees on site improvements..
We will also apply for and secure all necessary well, septic and building permits.
