To ensure that building a new house is a stress-free and happy experience for our Clients, communication forms a large part of our building plan! Keeping the lines of communication open and assisting with every aspect of the building process culminates in a new home that is exactly what you had dreamed about. The design process is simplified in a flash; at no extra cost to you, utilize our professional design stylists at "The Design Studio" on Décor Boulevard. It is always difficult for a homeowner to choose finishes for their home, but with our advisors, this is one of the easiest of tasks. By appointment only, this is an exclusive service that we offer our Clients.
For some, financing the building of a new house can become a nightmare. Stonecliff Homes makes use of a construction home loan as opposed to traditional financing methods. How does this differ?
The loan is in the Buyers name only.
Whilst construction is in progress, 'draws' are made to Stonecliff Homes by the lender, which are then used to pay Suppliers and Sub-Contractors.
Therefore the Buyer only pays interest on the loan that accumulates as construction progress is made.
It is only once the building of the new house is complete, that this construction loan is revised into permanent financing over 15 or 30 years in traditional financing methods.
This method of finance is a real advantage in that the construction loan can be obtained without a down-payment and modified into a permanent loan at little or no cost.
It is not all only about building a new house at Stonecliff Homes; the Lupus Research Institute also benefits from your dream. After each newly built home is complete, Stonecliff Homes pledges to make a donation (in the Clients name) to the Lupus Research Institute, which will help to fund research to find a cure for this debilitating disease.
