1. Finance

Always a worry in new home construction, Stonecliff Homes makes use of construction home loans to facilitate the financing of you new home. The loan is in the Buyers name and Stonecliff Homes takes 'draws' as construction progresses and the Buyer only pays interest on the accumulated total at different stages as the new home is constructed and it is easily modified into a permanent loan once the project is complete. With little or no deposit required, this is a favorable option when it comes to financing a new home.

2. Design

The Design Studio located on Décor Boulevard has skilled consultants who will help you through all aspects of the design of your new home. Because we pride ourselves in exclusivity of design and construction, this service is open to our Clients by appointment only. New home construction can be a maze-filled block of decisions, so when it comes to choosing finishes, color selections, choice of energy saving devices or water systems, let The Design Studio make this an easy journey for you.

3. Home Site Improvements

By managing all the home site improvements, we make this task so much easier; driveway, well, sidewalks etc., are managed at a cost to you, however, Stonecliff Homes does not charge a management fee or mark-up on this facet of new home construction. To make it even easier, we also apply and secure any building, well or septic permits.

4. Charity

Once the new home construction is completed, Stonecliff Homes will make a donation on the Clients behalf, to the Lupus Research Institute. This contribution may assist in finding a break-through cure for this ravaging disease.
